Joomla is a Content Management System (CMS) which allows you to create pages, menu systems, links, add/change pictures and text and more without learning any HTML or other difficult code.  It also allows you to use any computer anywhere in the world to make changes to your website.  So, now that you know what Joomla is, what do you need to build your website.

There are three things you need to create a website and publish it to the internet:

2.
